A massive footprint found by a 12-year-old during a recent camping trip in Siberia is believed to be from the elusive cryptid known as the Yeti.
The possible Yeti footprint was described as being about twice the size of a human print according to the boy’s father. The footprint was discovered in the early morning in the Shorsky National Park in Kemerovo region. According to the report, the edge of the footprints was sharp leading the witnesses to believe it was left not long before it was found. The witnesses claimed it had been raining that night and they didn’t hear any strange noises.
Dr. Jeff Meldrum examined the Siberia Yeti footprint photos and compared them to the cast he and Dmitry Pirkulov previously retrieved. This is a very interesting development as Dr. Meldrum has a unique insight into Bigfoot footprints and has been working for years collecting Bigfoot evidence in his search for Bigfoot. There was no actual Yeti sighting by anyone in the camping group, according to the report and only possible Yeti evidence found was the footprint. Russian International Centre of Hominology head and Yeto researcher Igor Burtsev estimates that up to 30 Yeti may inhabit this part of Russia. Original article with more yeti info here.
