Les Stroud who is known to many simply as Survivorman because of his hit TV show has long had an interest in bigfoot.
It wasn’t until the last couple of years that Stroud began to publicly venture more into the search for the elusive cryptid. He would make a big splash in and around the bigfoot community with the making of the award-winning series Survivorman Bigfoot. He teamed up with researcher Todd Standings back in 2014 for what would be the first two episodes of the new show called Survivorman Bigfoot: Nordegg and Survivorman Bigfoot: Radium Springs which were filmed in Alberta and British Columbia both known bigfoot hot spots.
Les would follow up in 2015 with a seven-episode season of Survivorman Bigfoot taking him to multiple locations in the U.S. and Canada. His open-minded approach to the subject combined with his vast knowledge of the wilderness earned him respect from both believers and skeptics. In a recent interview with Sasquatch Central Les talks about his personal experiences with Sasquatch over the years. He recalls some very interesting events during his extensive time in the deep wilderness which he believes could have been tied to the creature. It is a very interesting interview and although Les hasn’t had an actual bigfoot sighting he seems to have had a couple of run-ins with the popular cryptid.
Les has recently launched his own network which will include Bigfoot TV giving many fans hope that new Survivorman Bigfoot episodes could be on the way. While we may not see Survivorman Bigfoot 2017 episodes there seems to be a chance we see more of the show as we head into next year.
